Starfish offers a comprehensive annual Software Support Plan (SSP) that includes:


  • Break/Fix Software Support – Provide remote investigation via phone, email and/or WebEx of a reported issue and notification of the intended corrective action.
  • Minor Solution Enhancements – By request, software updates or changes to Starfish Solutions for minor enhancements will be provided under SSP at no additional charge. Minor enhancements are those that Starfish estimates can be completed within two to four hours.
  • Software Upgrades – Solution updates that are required to support telephony platform upgrades will be made available to SSP customers at no additional charge.
