Starfish to showcase newest release of its Click-to-Communicate Solution at ServiceNow Knowledge17 conference
Bridgewater, NJ – May 8, 2017 – Starfish Associates will be demonstrating a new release of its Click-to-Communicate (C2C) Solution for ServiceNow in booth E42 at ServiceNow Knowledge17, May 7-12, 2017 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL.
Starfish C2C solution provides ServiceNow CSM agents with the ability to streamline agent call workflows. The new features include configurable caller details that are displayed on the C2C client, the ability to create new contacts and cases pre-populated with caller information, and enhanced navigation within ServiceNow directly from the C2C client. These new features enable ServiceNow agents to handle calls more efficiently which eliminates time-consuming steps.
The C2C solution supports enterprise unified communication and contact center platforms including Avaya, Cisco and Microsoft Skype for Business that provides a feature rich set of Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) functionality seamlessly in ServiceNow.
