Starfish to Showcase Automation Solutions for Migrations and Day 2 Operations at Genesys Xperience19
Denver, CO (June 10, 2019) — Starfish Associates, a global software company providing communication management solutions for multi-vendor unified communication and contact center platforms, announced today that they will conduct demonstrations of their new automation solutions for migrations and Day 2 operations at Xperience19. Hosted by Genesys, Xperience19 brings together over 2,000 industry leaders and will be held June 10-13 in Denver.
As an AppFoundry sponsor, Starfish will demonstrate how their automation solutions enable enterprises to easily migrate from their legacy communication platforms to the Genesys PureEngageä and PureCloudâ products. Using Starfish migration tools, customers can speed up the overall migration effort and reduce the expense of manual labor.
Starfish migration solutions leverage the Starfish automation platform that includes an intelligent workflow engine along with communication system connectors. Communication resources are automatically extracted from source systems and created on destination systems. The solutions enable administrators to configure desired mappings, workflows and other migration options. After new communication resources are built on the new systems, existing resources on the legacy systems can be disabled and then de-provisioned.
