Starfish Migration Solution accelerates the process of migrating communication resources from Avaya, Cisco, and Genesys systems to Amazon Connect.

Starfish Migration Solution for Amazon Connect makes it easy to migrate contact center agents and their resources to Amazon Connect. The solution uses the intelligent workflow engine on the Starfish automation platform to extract communication resources from legacy systems and then quickly and accurately configure them on Amazon Connect. Starfish Migration Solution also securely disables and de-provisions the necessary resources on the legacy source system and it automatically logs all transactions, providing a complete audit trail. The result is a faster, easier, more accurate migration process that can be completed all at once or over time, on any schedule.
