Starfish Announces New Product for Cisco Collaboration & Contact Center at Cisco Live 2019

Starfish Provisioning Manager streamlines and automates provisioning and simplifies the management of Cisco collaboration and contact center resources.

Provisioning Manager is a robust administration solution for provisioning and managing communication resources. The solution includes:  Dashboard views of all clusters with drill down capabilities to real-time measurements; Resource Inventory with detailed information retrieved from all connected systems; Phone Number Management to view usage and availability of all phone numbers including extensions and DIDs; and Transaction Logs that allow administrators to generate reports.
